Ferris Wheel Script

This script makes a ferris wheel with your choice of colors, sized 3184 x 3236 at 300dpi.  Script is left unmerged so you can add any extras to your satisfaction.   Requires no plugins and was tested in psp 9, 10, x1, & x2.  CU Ok!  Sample is also included
